How Students Learn

  • Our education method is mainly hands-on and interactive, and also through discussion, lectures, and demos, in a classroom environment while we encourage and prepare students to further experience in a real professional environments. 


  • At every level of training, students are offered our professional standards designed to promote their success.  


  • Student will have the opportunity to meet local chefs through cooking presentations and volunteer work to garner employment opportunity as they work with these executive chefs.  


  • Using ICT’s free online resources, students will be informed on new trends and job openings. Through membership benefits of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), students will also have access to job openings in their area. 


  • In addition, student will be scheduled occasionally for internships with ICT’s affiliate hotels and restaurants to put learned skills into practice to guarantee chances for employment upon completion of their program.
