The Protégée Program

This program caters to teens and young adults who are looking for establishing a career and a fresh start or new direction after prison, dropping out of school or divorce. Our 501(c)3 nonprofit status allows us to offer scholarships for deserving persons. 

The ProTools Advanced courses focus on professionals looking to improve their skills or discover new skills. Staying current in any industry is a key for success and the chef who is always learning has more options for their individual success. 

Sous Chef Compass is designed to create opportunities for professionals who want to move within the restaurant world. We partner with restaurants and other food service businesses to encourage placement of our graduates and trainees.
